Placing an order with Distinct Features Online Store is easy. There's no need to create an account first. First you will need to browse the Online Store for the items you would like to order. When you find an item that interests you, click the <MORE DETAIL> button or link to see the product information page. Here you will find more information about the item, the item price and availability.

Buy Now
If you want to order an item from the Store, click the "By Now" button on the item's product information page, homepage or main shopping page. Once you've added an item to your shopping cart, use the "Continue shopping" button to keep browsing until your cart contains all of the items you want to order. You can access the contents of your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking the Shopping Cart icon at the top navigation bar of every page of our online store.

Shopping Cart
Take a moment to review all of the items you've placed in your Shopping Cart. If you decide that you don't want to purchase a particular item right away, click the <DELETE> button to Update. The item will be removed from your Shopping Cart. When you're ready to place an order for everything in the "Shopping Cart Items--To Buy Now" section of your cart, click the "Checkout" button. You will be taken to the "Customer Information" page.

Please note: Online orders from the Distinct Features store are paid for in Canadian dollars.

Checkout
You will be asked to take a few minutes to create a profile to complete your order. The information will be used during the order process. Please make sure to fill out all appropriate fields as some of the information will be used to calculate applied taxes.

Billing Summary
Tell us the billing address of the credit card you will be using to process this order. Please note that we cannot ship to PO Boxes and thus, if your billing address has a PO Box, you will need to supply a different address on the shipping page.

Shipping Summary
Tell us where you would like to ship your order. Please note that we cannot ship to PO Boxes.

Shipping Method
Consider how quickly you would like to receive your order, and choose a shipping method.

Credit Card Information
Next, let us know how you would like to pay for your order. We accept Visa; please enter the number without spaces or dashes. All orders must be paid for in Canadian dollars.

Order Confirmation
You will receive a formal receipt by email once your order has been processed.
